Privacy Policy

Bluebook Software LLC ("we") operates checkprintingpc.com and the CheckWriter Pro software. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to have it removed.

What the website collects

When you visit checkprintingpc.com we record anonymous usage events: page views, clicks on the download button, scroll depth, which FAQ entries are opened, and which version of the page you were shown. Each event is stored with a random visitor identifier held in your browser, the page address, your device type, and the marketing parameters in the link you arrived from (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, msclkid). We store a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself. We do not collect your name, postal address, or any payment information on this website.

What the installer and the Early Access app collect

The installer sends four anonymous messages to our server: when setup starts, when it finishes, when the application is opened for the first time, and if you choose to submit your email inside the app. Each message contains a randomly generated installation identifier, the product name, the build version, your Windows version and processor architecture, and a timestamp. It does not contain your name, your files, your documents, the contents of your inventory or your bank details. The Early Access application makes no other network calls.

Third parties

• Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google LLC) — traffic measurement and advertising conversions.
• Microsoft Advertising UET (Microsoft Corporation) — advertising conversions.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery, bot protection (Turnstile) on the email form.
• Our own analytics server, operated by us on infrastructure we control.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with data brokers. If you submit your email address to receive the download link, we use it only to send that link and any notice about the release of the full version, and you can unsubscribe from any of those messages.

How long we keep it

Website and installer events are kept for 14 months and then deleted. Email addresses are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

You can block analytics with any standard browser setting or extension; the software works exactly the same. To request deletion of your data, email support@checkprintingpc.com from the address you used, or send us the installation identifier shown in the About window of the application. Residents of California and other states with applicable privacy laws may request disclosure or deletion using the same address, and we will respond within 45 days.

Children

The website and software are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
